Officer Nikki has Kaya in custody for involvement with petty theft. For some reason, her pants keep falling down to expose her underwear. 

Kaya, who is cuffed, and snickers at the situation. How did she get arrested by this idiot!? Nikki turns up her interrogation tone thinking Kaya is somehow pulling a prank to make this happen. She then pulls down Kayas pants to see how she likes it. Not so funny now!

Detective Cali walks in and sees a frustrated Nikki and a perp with her pants down. She diffuses the situation and pulls Kayas pants up. This is not how we do business! As she speaks with Nikki about the appropriate booking procedures, her pants fall down and expose her youthful panties.

Now this is really getting embarrassing! They agree that Kaya has something to do with this and play good cop/bad cop in an attempt to get some information out of her. All the while their pants keep falling down, no matter how many times they pull them back up and re-button them.

Finally they give up leaving their pants around their ankles. Off to find the chief to see if she has a solution to this most ridiculous problem. Kaya is left in the booking room with her pants down wondering how these two ever passed the academy.
