Nina si trova legata al letto e le due infermiere cominciano a solleticarle ascelle e piedi prendendola in giro e spiegandole che cosa dovrà subire, NIna fa resistenza, così viene posizionata una maschera che emana gas esilarante, ma le fanno credere che è ossigeno a Nina; questo rendere il solletico ancora più micidiale, tutto sempre mentre parlano e la stuzzicano, il punto centrale del film è che tutte e due solleticano un piedi ciascuna, molto sadicamente con spazzola e unghie, molte inquadrature delle piante dei piedi di Nina alternate alle inquadrature del suo viso che sta ridendo, e del viso soddisfatto delle infermiere, Stella, mentre la solletica assieme a Valerie, si dedica all'uso del gas esilarante Alla fine esausta dalle risate e dal gas si addormenta e loro la lasciano in stanza soddisfatte del loro lavoro e sicure che in futuro la paziente non reclamerà più altrimenti sa cosa l'aspetta....
