REQUEST: The script is same as last time, but with you taking the punches while not flexing your abs, and attempting to get to the point where you can't take any more, or drop to your knees and get the wind of you. Just as last time, make sure the punches are on or above your belly button, and the camera is halfway between from the side and from the front of you. Also make sure you do the punches more frequently. If you do get to the point where you have to drop to your knees, or can't take any more, it's fine to stop before the 10 minute mark. The goal is to see how much your stomach can really take.
