We all know the feeling of finishing a tough workout – the satisfaction of pushing our bodies to the limit, the exhaustion that comes with it, and of course, the sweat. Lots and lots of sweat. She makes use of Frank's mere tiny presence and his apparent fascination with her smelly shoes. Cleo knows that her stepbrother has a thing for feet and she decides to use it to her advantage. She makes him take off her sweaty, moist sneakers and immediately pushes her size 11 foot on his tiny face. Frank is taken aback by this sudden action and tries to resist, but Cleo is determined to teach him a lesson.

Smothering his nose with her stinky toes, she makes sure he gets a whiff of her sweaty feet. As if giving him a carwash, she shoves her toes inside Frank's tiny mouth, pushing him to suck on them and lick all the grime and sweat that has stuck on her toes and the spaces in between them. Cleo can't help but laugh at Frank's helpless state, as he is pushed to serve as her personal foot sniffer.

But Cleo is not done yet. She wants to make sure that Frank gets a taste of his own medicine. Getting him on the floor, she puts her large size 11 sneaker on his nose, which surprisingly turns out to look like a mask. With her sneaker occupying his whole face, Cleo ties the shoelace at the back of his head, as if he's wearing it like a gas mask. Frank is now completely at her mercy, with no escape from the stench of her sweaty workout sneakers.

As she pushes him to sniff all that cheesy salty smell of workout sweat, Cleo can't help but feel a sense of power over her stepbrother. He's like a foot fucker, she gags her toes on his tiny mouth once more, making him feel sorry for being a pathetic little stepbrother. She also makes him swear he won't do it again, although let's be honest, he will do it again, knowing how desperate he is to worship his own stepsister's big, size-11 feet. It's like a breathplay, where Frank gets to sniff all that stinky stench of Cleo's gym sneakers and the natural sweat that comes with having size-11 sweaty feet.

Seeing Frank struggling to breathe through the sneaker, she can't help but feel satisfied with her revenge on him for always nagging her. But more importantly, Cleo realizes that she has found a new use for her stepbrother– an effective foot sniffer and a shoe cleaner, which she thinks are more fitting than being her so-called stepbrother.

Little did Frank know that his teasing of Cleo's post-workout would lead to a rather unconventional role as her personal foot sniffer, pushed to inhale the pungent aroma of her sweaty toes and lick away the grime and sweat from her stinky toes. In the end, Cleo's workout may have left her sweaty, smelly, and tired, but it also gave her the opportunity to teach her stepbrother and make him do her bidding. And as for Frank, he has learned his lesson – never to mess with his stepsister's big, size-11 feet again.
