Mistress Ronja is exercising and flexing her athletic body while the two couch potatoes of Man In Black and Fritz Wrestler are watching her.

Of course they are not just watching, they are talking about women and the theory, women would always be weaker than men, whatever they train. Well, saying that, Mistress Ronja challenges Fritz, the guy with the loudest doubts, to a wrestling match.

The story is told. In front of the disbelieving eyes of the other guy Mistress Ronja not just beats him at armwrestling or wrestling, she dismantles Fritz, folds him into a painful pretzel and makes him submit at her mercy.

At the end he begs to be let back to the sofa, humiliated and defeated he keeps silent now. Then she takes Man in Black to take a dose of her power (to be continued in part 2).

She challenges the Man in Black to an armwrestling contest. Just if you see her peaked biceps you have not much doubt about her being able to defeat the much heavier man. After the armwrestling match she wrestled him down and squeezes out one submission out of the other while the beaten one from previous match is made to watch the misery of the next guy's humiliating defeat.
