Kendra is relaxing on the couch eating a cookie when all of a sudden she starts to feel her tongue tingle, followed by her throat swelling and getting harder to breathe. She does consistent compression and breaths just like she is supposed to but Kendra is just not waking up, so Akira keeps trying! Finally Kendra is responsive enough to croak to Akira "EpiPen!" and Akira rips off the safety pin and inserts the medicine into Kendra's thigh.
