You guys know I've been unintentionally gaining since I stopped going to the gym in November. You know I signed up for the gym and had to do a fitness assessment with a physical trainer. And you know I haven't been back to the gym even once since then.

But what you haven't seen is just how much my physical fitness has diminished.
In this video, I tried to recreate the workouts the trainer had me perform. He had me exerting myself for almost an hour during my visit. Without him pushing me, watching me.. judging me- I didn't even last 20 minutes.

Planks. Pushups. Glute kickbacks. Bicep curps. Tricep curls. Barbell bicep curls. Jumping jacks. I know all the names of these workouts- what muscles they target and I still have proper form. It's all evidence of the disciplined gym bunny I used to be before I met my feeder.

I bought some activewear just for this video. It's a medium- my old size. With my titties spilling out of my trainer and my heaving belly hanging over my waistband, I'm a far cry from the workout girl I used to be.

After my pathetic workout attempt, my feeder gropes my large, sweaty body. I take a seat in his lap, crushing him into the sofa as he jiggles my belly, my titties and my flabby arms. He pulls off my tight, constricting activewear and leaves no part of me untouched and un-jiggled!
