Description

Missy is at home wearing a skimpy outfit and very high 6 inch heels.  Officer Torvea enters the room and tells her there is a warrant for her arrest.  She ordered to get on her knees and is handcuffed with hinged handcuffs.  She is arm-held and walked around the room.  Once she is back she is being argumentative.  Officer Torvea places Missy in a shackle hogtie.   She is left to struggle on the floor while he searches her house for anything illegal.  He returns and she agrees to cooperate.  She is let free from the hogtie but the handcuffs remain on.  She is then walked to the cop car and placed in the back seat.
