Little Billy is out in the yard shooting cats with his sling shot. His irate step-mother shows up with curlers in her hair screaming at her naughty step-son. It seems Billy recently broke a neighbor's window with his sling shot and now that he is playing with it again, his step-mother is going tear his ass up.

She begins waling on him with a spatula, belt, and her shoe, all the while telling him he is grounded for months. Next she drags Billy into the house to resume his beating. She puts her step-son over her knee and spanks the daylights out of him. Mistress Kitten's performance thru out this whole movie is simply amazing. The intensity she brings to the role of a horrible step-mother is disturbing, in a good way of course.

This sadistic step-mother is one sick bitch. She has spanked her bad step-son for 20 minutes and now she lights a cigarette and burns his sore backside. Then it's back over her knee for more spanking before sending him to the corner where she pulverizes his ass with a shoe. Then we cut to later in the day and step-mother brings Billy in by his ear. step-mother is wearing an awesome 60's vintage outfit and looks amazing.

They have been at church and Billy got caught shooting spit wads at Sally. His step-mother is furious and bends him over where she thrashes him as hard as she can with a thick leather strap. step-mother takes full swings and has the meanest look on her face as she administers the beating.
