She has to help Amirah adjust her crutches to the size of her huge heel. The set out for their destination but its tiring gimping around and on crutches so they find a bench where that can rest their casted legs on each others knees. Amirah's sexy heel proves a bit too much for her and she needs to change into an open slipper and use a cast shoe.
