Prelude - The company is run by three Women, beautiful and authoritarian. Scarlet the redhead, Gea the blonde and Cleo the brunette. The company works and is among the most productive because the trio is ruthless and commands with terror: blackmail, threats of dismissal, harassment, salary cuts... Employees live in fear, but for this they show respect and obedience. They are also aware that finding another job is difficult and then they work for the most beautiful Bosses of all companies! They are in fact envied by all the other workers who do not really know of the slavery to which the employees who are obliged to keep silent are subjected. -
Cleo and I are discussing the next issues to deal with. Gea arrives, a little bored, and suggests us to smoke a cigarette to take a moment to relax. We accept. The slave is already on his knees, at our disposal. He lights our cigarettes and prepares to serve as our ashtray. While we smoke, we begin to talk about the next steps to be taken to optimize costs and revenues and to reduce "downtime". As the smoke hits his face and his tongue fills with ash and cigarette butts, we define the new company rules and the next layoffs...

LE RIGIDE REGOLE DELLA NOSTRA AZIENDA

Preludio - L'azienda è condotta da tre Donne, bellissime e autoritarie. Scarlet la rossa, Gea la bionda e Cleo la mora. L'azienda funziona ed è fra le più produttive perchè il trio è spietato e comanda con il terrore: ricatti, minacce di licenziamento, atti vessatori, decurtazioni di stipendio... I dipendenti vivono nella paura, ma per questo dimostrano rispetto e obbedienza. Sono altresì consapevoli che trovare un altro posto di lavoro è difficile e poi lavorano per le Cape più belle di tutte le aziende! Sono infatti invidiati da tutti gli altri lavoratori che non sanno in realtà della schiavitù a cui sono sottoposti i dipendenti i quali sono obbligati a tacere. -
Io e Cleo stiamo discutendo sulle prossime questioni di cui occuparci. Arriva Gea, un po' annoiata, e ci propone di fumare una sigaretta per prenderci un momento di relax. Accettiamo. Lo schiavo è già in ginocchio, a nostra disposizione. Ci accende le sigarette e si prepara a farci da posacenere. Mentre fumiamo iniziamo a parlare sui prossimi provvedimenti da prendere per ottimizzare costi e ricavi e per diminuire i "tempi morti". Mentre il fumo gli arriva in faccia e la lingua si riempie di cenere, definiamo le nuove regole dell'azienda e i prossimi licenziamenti...
