It's That Time of the Year. Don't go outside after dark lest you want a fate most unfortunate befall you...

It looks like Sailor Neptune and Sailor Mars did just that. Going on a hunt for enemies of humankind, they stumbled into an ambush: now Neptune wakes up, bound with peculiar balloons, not sure where she is and what to do next. Her friend and ally Sailor Mars appears next to her only a few seconds after... but it looks like something very dark has happened to her. Possessed by an evil entity, she teases Neptune before producing a large balloon. It looks like the other Sailor Senshi have gone to save the red and green pair and their fate is now to be simple pieces of latex. Neptune is to watch the possessed Mars pop her friends one after another with a hairpin, pushing the tightly inflated rubber into her body. Mars' cruelty has no bounds as she even cuts the yellow balloon that is Sailor Venus with a pair of scissors, showing her contempt for the girl. Nevertheless, the villain finds playing with Neptune so fun, she admits she'd like to do it all over again, turning back time and letting the warriors have another chance. Sailor Neptune has to decide if she agrees to play to her enemy's whims or to possibly become a toy herself. No matter what she does, there seems to be little hope for the bunch of latex scraps that was once a team of brave magical girls.
