Luz starts off seemingly unprepared for the barrage of jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts she receives.  Her head snaps back and forth between YOUR boxing gloves, sending her to the canvas repeatedly.  The training intensifies as you target her midsection, chest, and even her backside, showcasing a no-holds-barred approach to conditioning. 

Despite the relentless punishment, Luz's resilience shines through. She gets up time after time, her determination on full display. After being knocked down, she crawls on her hands and knees, her ample backside in view, struggling back to her feet only to be cornered against the ropes for more punishment. Dazed but undeterred, Luz stands once more, only to endure further boxing lessons in this grueling "training". Stumbling around the ring, she catches a right to the jaw, which dramatically ends the round with her laid out spread eagle, counting out to ten. Recovering in her corner, Luz faces a pivotal choice: quit or continue this brutal but captivating journey in boxing. She has a decision to make. Quit, or try again. (WMV Format)
